To inspect, identify and satisfy mandatory safety and water conservation codes that are required at “point of sale” per the purchase contract items 4B (1) and 4B (2). By installing what is needed and certifying the property for each of the required “point of sale” codes, we are satisfying the conditions of the escrow and protecting public safety.

Smoke Detectors
Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Impact Glazing/Approved Film for sliding glass panels of sliding-type doors
Protected Trees
- Oak tree including Valley Oak (Quercus lobata) and California Live Oak (Quercus agrifolia), or any other tree of the oak genus indigenous to California but excluding the Scrub Oak (Quercus dumosa).
- Southern California Black Walnut (Juglans californica var. californica).
- Western Sycamore (Platanus racemosa).
- California Bay (Umbellularia californica).
This definition shall not include any tree grown or held for sale by a licensed nursery, or trees planted or grown as a part of a tree planting program.
