Mitra Karimi is the President of CRESTICO, INC., bringing a rich background in business and marketing to the company. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in English and a Business and Administration Specialization from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her career began as the Director of Marketing for Diyar International, where her leadership led the company to achieve its highest sales record and gross volume turnaround. Mitra furthered her education by graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State University Northridge with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She used this knowledge and her corporate experience to co-found CRESTICO, INC. Mitra’s approach combines her professional background with a deep commitment to client service, ensuring that CRESTICO delivers the highest standards of quality and professionalism in today’s competitive real estate industry.
Houtan Hormozian is an experienced Real Estate and Mortgage Advisor and co-founder of CRESTICO, a brokerage known for helping clients turn their real estate dreams into reality. With nearly two decades of experience and over $1 billion in lifetime originations, Houtan offers proven expertise to homebuyers and sellers.
He approaches every client relationship with integrity and attentive listening, ensuring a transparent process for everyone. Houtan is a Certified Freddie Mac CreditSmart Coach and has been recognized as a “5-star Professional” by Los Angeles Magazine. He is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals in the dynamic world of real estate and finance.
