There are two ways to complete a transfer of existing real estate listing to Crestico Realty
1) Cancel your current listings, move to the Crestico Realty and sign a new listing agreement with your client under Crestico Realty’s brokerage license.
2) Your current brokerage may release your listings and allow you to transfer the listings to Crestico Realty. You need to ask the broker’s permission for this option. The transfer form available in your agent portal.
Please make sure you notify your client, new listing agreement and disclosures must be signed.
