Mitra Karimi is the President of CRESTICO, INC., bringing a rich background in business and marketing to the company. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in English and a Business and Administration Specialization from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her career began as the Director of Marketing for Diyar International, where her leadership led the company to achieve its highest sales record and gross volume turnaround. Mitra furthered her education by graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State University Northridge with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She used this knowledge and her corporate experience to co-found CRESTICO, INC. Mitra’s approach combines her professional background with a deep commitment to client service, ensuring that CRESTICO delivers the highest standards of quality and professionalism in today’s competitive real estate industry.

Houtan Hormozian is a seasoned expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage sectors. As an entrepreneur and past President of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, Houtan has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry. His vision led to the co-founding of CRESTICO, a firm that has revolutionized real estate and mortgage lending by prioritizing client needs and strict compliance. Houtan’s expertise spans sales, strategic market expansion, and navigating complex regulatory environments. He is also a thought leader who contributes to major industry publications and serves as a Freddie Mac SmartCredit coach, where he continues to influence the financial services sector and community initiatives.
